Founded in: 1981
Plants: Four electron accelerators in the range 0.5-3.0 MeV and max. 100 kW. The plants are equipped with flexible handling systems for endless products such as cables, wires, pipes, tubes and profiles, as well as the irradiation of piece goods such as packages and parts.
Wiehl is also the site of our gamma plant (5 MCi 60Co), where whole euro-pallets and industrial pallets up to a height of 1.95m can be irradiated.
Opening Times for delivery/collection of goods: Mon-Fri, 7:00 am to 17:00 pm, or by arrangement
How to find us
Leave the A4 Autobahn (direction Köln/Olpe) at the Gummersbach exit.
Take the direction of Wiehl.
After about 400 m, turn left at the traffic lights towards “Industriegebiet Bomig”.
The third side-road on the right is the “Fritz-Kotz-Straße”; the BGS works entry is 200 m further on, on the left.
